Packaging of the product will be handled by us

When the equipment is picked up from your site by our team, we will provide you with a cheque once we receive the invoice to formalize the transaction and ownership.
Or, if you are sending the equipment to us, upon safe receipt of the consignment at our place, we must receive an invoice to legalize the transaction and we will make a bank transfer. Please insure the value of the equipment before sending the equipment.

Yes, upon confirming the appointment for evaluation, our technical team will visit your location to evaluate the condition of the equipment. Post evaluation, an estimation sheet will be provided to you for review.

We accept RTGS/NEFT & Cheque payments

Unfortunately, we do not have a credit policy at the moment.

We accept INR only.

Yes, all products have warranty coverage of 6 months after satisfactory installation.

Only electronics, electrical & mechanical failure will be covered under the warranty. Failure due to power supply fluctuations, wear & tear, climatic conditions, consumables & improper use of the equipment will not be covered under warranty. We will provide all necessary support & services for out of warranty scope on a charge.

In case if there is a failure & the equipment cannot be repaired, we will agree to buy back the equipment which is under warranty. Reducing all transportation cost & 10% depreciated value.

Yes, we do provide repairs & services.

Yes, we do provide exclusive service contracts for maintenance. Please reach out to our customer service team to fix an appointment to discuss.

Our warranty coverage is entitled to refurbished products sold by Ophthalmate alone. However, for certain parts, we provide an extended OEM warranty.

If the support by OEM is at the end of the support life cycle, the equipment will be repaired with the best effort to make it functional
